Shipping policy

When you make a purchase from us, it is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Once a package is out for delivery, we are unable to interrupt or make changes to your order.

Items are dispatched after our regular processing time (up to 2 to 3 days) and shipping will be sent tracked with expected arrival between 7 to 9 days.

Please note that during public holidays, delays may occur and we are unable to guarantee how long delivery may take. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please notify us of any damaged or defective products within 7 days of receipt of product(s) at ncfashionlovers@gmail.com. In these circumstances, we will offer a refund or replacement.
